Following our meeting to plan your special day
On the day of your ceremony I will arrive at your venue approx. one hour before your service
This allows me to check your venue and greet your guests on their arrival
I will ensure that your meetings with the registrar are organised and all guests are seated before the arrival of the bride (if this is your wish).
Working closely with your photographer helps the photographic session to run smoothly
I will check the layout of your wedding breakfast and work closely with your caterers
Organise your receiving line and during the meal circulate your guest book.
Finally introducing the speeches and ending the formal part of the day (with a reading if required)
All bookings come with help with speeches (where required) etiquette guidance and copies of readings which you may wish to use to enhance your day.
